always stuck on connecting

Hi Team,

Recently, the tv always stuck on connecting. My PC and partner PC are both V14, and both win10.

Could you please share me any advise, thanks.

Could you please help us and provide a few more details? First of all I would double-check if both IDs on the machines are the same and didn't change since the last successful connection.

Moreover, we need to ensure there's nothing wrong in your network and I would therefore ask you if you could please perform the following ping and tracert checks, with the following addresses.


ping3.teamviewer.com

master.teamviewer.com

a public Google DNS such as 8.8.8.8
