Windows authentication screen on each remote connection

Hi at all, when anyone use the TeamViewer platform to connect to our PC, he needs to pass 2 authentication steps. The first is the TeamViewer step and the second is the windows user authentication screen (you can see it in the attached screenshot).

You know, we cannot provide the external people with the windows user password.

So, does someone know a method to bypass/disable the windows athentication during the remote accesses?
