Amazon Fire 7 Tablet Screen craupted Connection

When we connect to Amazon Fire 7 Tablet via Teamviewer, the screen has 1. Screen looks like lines with nothing visible. We cannot see the tablet screen from remote pc. 2. When we click on the middle of the screen a pointer is displayed on the tablet screen but no click interaction.
