Assign to me for QuickSupport

In previous version there was a handy button to assign a user to me: "assign to me".
Now, for whatever reason I don't understand, this butten has been removed and replaced by a dropdownlist where we have to select "Assign" so we can reach another dropdown to select our own account and click "OK" to assign the session.
I really don't get how this could be better than the button we used to have. We have to do this action about 50 times a day!!!
Please revert to the previous option!
