Connect from outside to inside VPN

Hello,

I searched before but did not find, what I was looking for. Is it possible, to connect via TV, while the Target connects through a foreign vpn?

Issue:

A mobile Station connects via cellphone to the internet and then establishes a new connection through vpn to get acces to specific maps. Technical support wants to help our technician outside, if there are i.e. user-troubles. Would TV connect, so support can help? The "target" vpn is not ours! Mobile stations are still connected to the internet (via vpn).

Hope, this was not too confusing.
