Hello,
Is it possible with Teamviwer to troubleshoot a remote client and block screen ( fixed screen ) so that he can not see my intervention on his screen ? Many parameters should not be seen by my client, and it is by discretion that my question is directed.

Thank you for your message.
It is not possible to freeze the screen, as you mentioned.
However, if you want to avoid people seeing your intervention, you can turn the remote screen black.
