Make Teamviewer like host and server

I'd like to have the tech only connect remotely to the 10 PC on a small office, the normal users should not able to use the teamviewer, neither edit the password to access them. Only one person (the tech) should able to connect them with the password, even someone knows the ID other external  teamviever users should not able to connect. Is there a way to configure this?
