Mouse external bluetooth keyboard

I've got following issue.
I'm using Team Viewer App 12.3.7266 CL on Android 7.1.1. To make mobile work for me more easy I bought myself a bluetooth foldable keyboard with a touchpad from jelly comb. This keyboard incl all its functions works great on android but If I connect my phone through team viewer with my pc (teamviewer version 12.0.80984) at home just the keyboard is working but not the touchpad. Does anybody know that problem and a possible solution for that.

What kind of android device? Per my post "mouse mode on android phone?". .I found that a mouse doesnt work on my LG V20 phone. Per Touch Interactions vs Mouse Interactions on Android , a mouse won't work on an android phone at all, or on a tablet unless the screen is 6.5 inches or more.

I got a sony xperia XZ. The mouse is working on the phone but not on the pc (windows 7) when i connect the phone via team viewer.
I think this is a team viewer issue because i also tried to do the same thing with the tablet pc windows 8 (acer iconia). The keyboard as well as the touchpad worked on the tablet but when i connected the tablet with the same pc at home the touchpad stopped working.

Can anybody help or is this just not possible on the actual team viewer version?

Hi all!
I have an iPhone 8+ and bought a external keyboard from EC Technology connected with BT. My iPhone is not able to use the external keyboard’s touchpad at the moment. But the Keyboard is working well in Textmode with TeamViewer too.
I am sure the great TeamViewer App for IPhone could be modified to use The TeamViewer App with a Mouse or the touchpad part of the BT Keyboard in the Future. Nevertheless iOS doesn’t will support that.
