My machine does not generate Team Viewer ID or password

Hello, I have my machine installed Team Viewer 14, however I can not connect to my session with my email user and neither can the application generate the ID and password to allow remote control.

I have been using Razer Cortex that optimizes the machine to play online games. Among other things, it disables the Team Viewer, I do not know if it is due to this.

I am using Windows 7 64 bit with all the recent updates.

You can help me to correct this error. Thank you

    I'm having the same problem with two machines at home.
    Both running windows 10 Pro 64bits and teamviewer version 14.2.8352.

    After upgrading teamviewer to the newest version, my software shows the same screen, with no id / password.

    I've tried to stop/restart teamviewer service, but nothing's changed...
    If anyone knows how to solve this, i'll appreciate the help.
