My serial is activated on an account that I don't know which
My company bought a business license and the serial is activated on an account that we don't know which.
We had a old license that became obsolete and bought this new one and when trying to activate into our account a message is displayed saying that the serial was already activated on another account.
How should we proceed to reactivate this serial number to our account?

It occurs to me, you don't know what email address it is activated on. If you look on the invoice that you rec'd when you purchased TeamViewer, There are phone numbers to contac them. If you can't find them, Send me a PM and I'll share them with you.
