No Matching Computers

Have had 3 personal pc's listed under Computers for a couple of years. Usually log into one of them once a week or so. Other two only once a year probably.

Logged in today and no computers listed - just the message "No matching Computers".

Add computer button is greyed out too.

Any ideas please?

Thanks for your message.

Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser? If yes, there has been some intermittent interruptions when loading the account data in the Management Console.

Are you able to try using a different browser in the meantime?

thank you.  i'm also having the same problem, and unfortunately only able to use internet explorer from work.  I realise I have no right to complain as I use the free version.  Thanks for making it available on a non-commercial basis.

Hi Jonathan.
Thanks for prompt response. Yes, using IE from work so no access to another browser at present. Will try with Edge when home and update. At least a relief it seems temporary.

We do not have a specific timeline as to when the functionality will be restored for Internet Explorer but I will provide an update as soon as I hear everything is back to normal.

You can always provide an update if your status changes.
