Open file transfer not working

Is anyone having issues with the Open file transfer feature in TeamViewer 13?  I get the following screen when I press the "Open file transfer" button under Files & Extra during remote control access.   

I used to get the following when I clicked Open file transfer but now I only get the above Job queue/Event log screen.
