Outlook 2010 runtime error

Outlook 2010 was working fine with Teamviewer 12.  Today cannot enable add in

get this error

Not loaded. A runtime error occurred duirng the load of the COM add in

Uninstalled teamviewer, add in does not exist in registry - how do I fix this?

    We disable it. In fact we disable most add-ins for Outlook. Dymo, CRMs, TeamViewer, various toolbars... They all cause a problem at some point and our users don't seem to miss the Outlook integration. We do keep our antivirus add-in active.

    In Outlook (I'm running 2016) > File > Options > Add-ins > Go (at bottom next to COM add-ins) > uncheck any add-ins you don't want and restart Outlook.

    I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.
