Password not recognized when logging in to macOS from iPad (but works on iPhone)

Hi 

First of all, thanks to the team for the great app. Terrific stuff.

I am wondring if anyone has a solution or similar symptoms:

On my iPad teamviewer, macOS passwords are not recognized by any mac. However, on my iPhone Teamviewer, the same darn passwords work on any mac and let me log in.

In other words, i am forced only to use a small iPhone screen to do remote desktop work instead of my wider iPad screen.

Want to hear some stories and suggestions!
