Recommendations for a new client

Have TeamViewer but have not rolled it out.  Test and loved the quick support ability with it.  Currently we use **Third Party Product** but have hated the latency.

For new users, what features have you come to love and rely on?  Do you also have ITBrain?  Any tips, recommendations, advice is welcome.

I spoke with support and likened TeamViewer to Sharepoint, where it's a huge canvas that can be designed in so many ways that it's hard to wrap your mind around.  Right now, we use Sharepoint as a simple intranet with very basic layouts.  I'd like to maximize TeamViewer's abilities and would appreciate any real time stories.
