Remote computer not run partner computer after login popup -

Hi Teams,

Odd thing happened and now no access. At my PC a login popup from remote compter come up as "remote lap loggin in" Since this occurred i can not loggin into the remote laptop as teamviewr is stating it is nor runing on partner computer.

Is this a glitch? or was this a hack? There is no human contact at the remote compter. Teamviewer was set up as a host and running in background with sleep and hybernate switch off.

Can not get the remote laptop to respond.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue and if there isa resolve or a known cause.
