Shutdown triggers Restart in Windows 10- WOL related?

Hi all, I couldn't find any info on this on the TV forums, but my issue is about 50% of the time I shutdown my computer it restarts instead. Basic Windows 10 troubleshooting with this issue suggest it is due to Wake on Lan functions, which I DO have set up via TV (using the "use other teamviewer on a computer already online within your local network") Has anyone else experienced this?
