Submit a ticket should send the Description field of ticket to email

I have asked for this years ago and nothing has been done to change this.

The Submit a ticket option should email the ticket details to the creator of the support ticket. These details should also include the Description field of the ticket.
Sometimes the Subject field isn't enough of a description to identify each individual ticket number.
