TeamViewer block my pc, new licence

Hi, 

I had a license that was not paid automatically. Teamviewer blocked my login to the program. I bought a new license and paid for it unfortunately I can not activate it.

This has been going on for a week, what should I do to get my teamviewer unlocked from my computer?
