Teamviewer Host

While trying tpo provide Teamviewer support, I ocasiobally hit a situaiton where another support provider is already connected via Teamviewer 'Host'.

This is usually whrer I am providing support for a specific development, independently of any general support that the client may receive..

I have dealt with this by getting the  client to uninstall the existing Teamviewer (and install the FREE version) but there has to be a better way.

Any ideas would be most welcome.
