Teamviewer ID VS My Display Name

Hello Everyone

This is my first post here, I'm an IT for a Company called Aids Action Committee which belongs to Fenway Health in Boston MA. We are using another program to Remote to different computers in different locations but we are testing TeamViewer because I think that this is the best option for us in the market. We are testing the software right now and I'm stuck in one spot, after we organized the console management and installed the software on some other machines we are having the problem that in the console is showing the Teamviewer ID instead of the Display Name that we chose, in this case, we added a computer name to differentiate between all the computers that we have in the company which are over 300. Can someone please help me on how to make sure the Display Name shows in the console instead of the TeamViewer ID? It will be highly appreciated and it will just add another customer. I will attach a picture so you can see what I am saying.

There should be my Display Name which i set up at Options.
