Hello guys,
I use teamviewer with win 10 home.
I need to know where the ID is stored (windows registry or anywhere)???
I would like to be able to retrieve it every time I turn on the pc.
Thanks in advance
Hi @CristianClerici,
A copy of your TeamViewer ID is stored in the Registry inside this key:
64-bit Windows:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer
32-bit Windows:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TeamViewer
The Registry value is called "ClientID", and your TeamViewer ID is stored there using its decimal form.
Please note that it's not possible to change or restore a TeamViewer ID using this Registry value. It's only there as a reference.
Thanks for asking for the same confusion anyone there to help.
That user ID is hard to find where is its
