Unable to start to team view 12 after windows update

I am using team viewer 12  for few months and it was working fine until a few weeks ago. It start showing message of "Not Ready.please check your connection" after a windows update. There was no change of proxy policy either... so i suspect something came along with windows update that broke the team viewer client from connecting to your server. The same didnt work for team viewer 11 either. However it occasionally works for team viewer 10.

Does anyone else have any clues on this ?
