Unknown PC in Account

Hi there,
I currently have an unknown PC in the PC list of my account. I am not sure if i was the one who added it once, but I'd like to find out whose PC this is or at least make sure that the owner of the PC is not able to connect to one of my devices. Since I never connected to this PC, I can't use the TeamViewer Chat.
Is there any Idea?
