Version out-of-date: Update the remote Teamviewer error while both are the same

when i want to connect to a family member wich just downloaded my pesonalised version of quicksuppert and i want to connect i get the error that the remote TeamViewer is running an old version wich is out of date.

the version of my Teamviewer installation is 14.2.835

the version of the downloaded version of quicksupport is 14.2.835

i added screenshots of the error and both installations.

what can i do to resolve this error.
