can't access remote host

Dear All,

I'm in Serbia now and have not been able to access remote computer for a day. When I click on my devices, my remote host shows up, conection status on yellow (it's in the process of being set up), but after 30 sec it expires. I was last able to access remote computer yesterday mid morning (I was already in Serbia then). What should I do?
