disable all incoming connections

I have to use pc only for outcoming connections. But today i notice that someone tryed to do incoming connection to that pc. Fortunately, he was failed (i have message about incorrect version or sth like this). I have no idea who it is, so i worried about security. Can i somehow totally disable any incoming connections to that pc?
