"connection not established" "authentication canceled"

We're losing access to our customers' servers throughout our client base with this new error. It started happening a little into this year. Remotely restarting the Teamviewer service from another server either at the same location or with VPN access to the branch (if available) temporarily resolves the issue, but it's burning time and getting really frustrating. Is there any solution on the horizon?
