Hello,

I randomly receive an error message from TV12.

I got the following event in the Windows Event Viewer (from French).

Any idea what's happening?

    Could you test the existence of the file printui.dll on your system?

    Where is it on your operating system? Which folder?

    I have it 14 times on my laptop: C:\Windows\System32\fr-FR, C:\Windows\SysWOW64, C:\Windows\System32...

    Using Windows 10 64 bits

    Hi @Sphaneda

    your version is 10.0.16184.1001

    This version is part of the Insider Preview Build 16184 for PC + Build 15208 for Mobile (Creators Update)
    I think there are still some things to normalize for TeamViewer working properly on this version.

    In any case check for furter update for your system by Microsoft update.
