from yesterday I have on computer list all computer offline ,not only the online computer like before, and all offline with the unknow status description.
corporate license - same issue - raised a support ticket with teamviewer 2 days ago, response was: Dear Sir or Madam,

Unfortunately, there have been some technical issues in parts of our network. After restarting TeamViewer on both sides of the connection, it should be possible to connect again.

Tried doing that on several hosts... some didnt change from status unknown, the ones that did appear to be online again still wouldnt connect. i managed to connect to 1 host using the new number and typing it in to the connection box and it worked but still wont connect under my list of computers. i see teamviewer are doing "maintenance" on 27th July. i wonder if that might fix things
