when I try to manipulate an Antivirus, the connection gets blocked!!

Hi. Since few weeks 'till now, anytime I connect to a computer, when I have to do whatever into an Antivirus (ie. turn it temporally off), when this is asking for permision, then, I get the windows blocked and I have to wait 15s 'till the process cancels itself.
So, I cann't manipulate the antivirus remotelly and this didn't happend before.
Of course the Windows 10 I am using now is definitivelly not the same version as it was before (this is something diferent, I could think about as this as the reason why this is happening).

So, please, any clue on why this is happening and what can I do to solve it? It is happening to me very often and it makes me go by person to the computer.

And it seems I am the only one who having this issue (I find no info about this around, I am sure everyone would complain if it had the same).
