You can have alerts from TeamViewer Monitoring go to multiple email addresses, as long as they meet a few requirements:
The email address is associated with a TeamViewer account
The TeamViewer account is a part of your Company Profile or a contact in your Computers & Contacts list
If you do not want to create an additional account on your Company Profile, simply create a free TeamViewer account for the email, and then add the TeamViewer account as a contact in the Management Console.
Once added as a contact, simply add the new email to the notifications for your alerts.
