Pilot license needs to be reassigned

I purchased a single Pilot license for my company for test purposes, and assigned it to a user for testing. This user reports that Pilot is useless and that we will get no benefit from it. I want to reassign the license and test it myself, but it is impossible to do.
How do I reassign the license to my account for testing?
