Unable to connect to iPhone from Mac TeamViewer

I am keen to see how Pilot works. Unfortunately when I establish a connection all I see on both ends is s black screen. I hear audio but that is about it.
TeamViewer Mac version 14.1.18533
TeamViewer Pilot version 14.1.154715 AR

Hi,
please use the latest TeamViewer Mac version (14.2.2558) and TeamViewer Pilot iOS version (14.2.3) in order to establish a successful connection. Furthermore, your iOS device must have ARKit (All iOS devices > iPhone SE).
