Add GSuite e-mail
Hello, please help with this question at ServiceCamp. In our company we use GSuite mail (google) is there a way to add corporate email accounts to Service Camp, try but when you try me you will return this error: Incoming connection failed with the following error:[AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure)
Not connected. No email resource at: {imap.gmail.com:993/imap/ssl/novalidate-cert}INBOX
Can you add this type of email from Gmail?
Please some guidance.

Hello, I already made it work. I have attached some screenshots that explain what you need to configure.
1.- Put the credentials of your GMail account
2.- Fill in e-mail host configuration (see photo)
3- In the configuration of your Gmail account you may need to give access to less secure applications. (view photo)
