When a customer creates a ticket, the email response from service camp is being sent straight to their spam box.
is there any way to prevent this?
Most probably your customer has some mail protection or spam preventing mechanism that mark our email as spam. In order to not put mails from servicecamp into spam you customer needs to whitelist from address of mails (serviecamp.com) or whitelist our IP addresses.
the email servie that was blocking it was microsoft, is there anyway for service camp emails to not go into spam in the first place?
