ServiceCamp License cannot be found message

Hello,
Som days ago my ServiceCamp trial license ended and now I have pruchased a 1 year one.
I have received the link to activate it, but when I open the link, and login TV portal the message The License cannot be found appears and still not able to use ServiceCamp.
It is very frustrating because we have pending cases and the service is unavalable.
Can somene please help?
