Template and picture for Comments in servicecamp

I ther any possibility to have some templates for comments/answer a ticket or will it come in a later version?

Any possibilty to add picture in a comment?

    Hi

    At this moment there is no such functionality to have answer templates howeve rwe have this in our plans.

    You can add picture in comment by attaching picture file.
