knowledgebase articles - hyperlinks?

Hi, is it possible to add hyperlinks when editing knowledgebase articles? If so, what is the secret sauce? Thanks!

    When in the text editor, select Rich Text, and look for the link icon to the left of the photos icon.

    Add_Link.png

    This will give you a pop up with a couple fields to fill out.

    This is a link to http://www.google.com and so is this.

    Or you can switch from Rich Text to HTML and type:

    <a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">http://www.google.com</a&gt;

    I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.
  • Okay, so I go from Servicecamp to "Topics", then "Knowledge Base", then "+Add Article". That opens "Create New Article". In the "Article*" text field the only options are "B" for Bold, "I" for Italic, and then two symbols for numbers and symbols, then "Preview". There is no sign of the link icon you show, and no smiley face or Photos icons either. So no way to add a hyperlink to a Knowledge Base article.
