Single User Business Licence still shown as "FREE" license
paid invoice 2 weeks ago but our license is still shon as a free license.... nothing heard from sales or support.

There can be 2 possible reasons why your account is still showing as a free account:
- Your license is not activated on your TeamViewer account
- You are not logged in with your licensed account. Maybe you are connected with a different account that has no license activated?

Hi KarlaR, there may be an issue with the links received via email regarding activation. Here's why;
I received an email with the subject "How to activate your TeamViewer license - Customer Number - AccID XXXXXXXX"
I clicked that "activate now" and I did sign-in, but it did not work the first time. Is it possible that after entering the sign in details I signed-in rather than activate?
Because the second time, I deliberately clicked a blue button that said "activate" and I got the below progress
Even the software has updated with the right message now
