Why team viewer become stuck whenever i open my clients Sites?

Hello,

Iam a website developer Iam using team viewer to guide my clints about their websites, recently i have noticed that the screen of team viewer become stuck when i am working on these sites: [links removed by moderator]

I have recenlty investigate that both of the sites has nullled wp rocket plugin, I think wo rocket conflict with team viewer.

few more things about these sites.

1.built with Generate press premium theme withou using any page builder.

2. few days ago both sites face dedos attack.

3. both sites are loaded with lots of custom css and html.
