iPad Drops Connection

Connect to an iPad using version 13.6.1 and quick support.   The connection regularly but not always gets dropped when I open a watchlist or the summary screen of a particular movie on Amazon Video, not the movie itself.  Also running and in use is a Facetime call.  Sequence is 1) make a Facetime call; 2) start Quick Support; 3) open Amazon video.  Is there something I can do to get the 3 video products (Facetime, TeamViewer, and Amazon Prime Video) working consistently at the same time?

    Error message is: "Live Broadcast to TeamViewer has stopped due to: Attempted to start an invalid broadcast session."
