No email after purchase

I have done a purchase of a personal license and have not received any kind of confirmation, and my account still shows as 'free'.

What can I do?

    I have the same issue.  My credit card has been charged, however my connections are blocked due to an overdue invoice.  I paid the bill and Teamviewer happily took my money but negleted to send out a payment receipt verifying the account is in good standing.
