No Remote access for Samsung SMT-290 (2019 8 inch tablet) on Android 10 ?

I have been trying to set up remote control using either Teamviewer Host or Quicksupport for this device, but in both cases I can only screen share and can not control the device remotely.

I have also tried the Beta Host apk but that still only allowed screen share and no remote control.

Any ideas please??
