Unable to start QuickSupport Screen Capture on Android Tablets
I had setup QuickStart on my mom's Samsung Tab A (Android 9) and it worked fine for about a month. Now when I have her try to start a session and I connect she gets a box asking her to "Start Now" however no matter how many times you touch it, it does not accept the action. The Dont show again box can be activved as can the Cancel. Touching anywhere else on the screen also denies the ability to view screen capture. I have duplicated the issue on my Samsung Tab 2 running Android 7. Here is the screen shot of the box .
The month that I used the product it was amazing, being able to see what she was doing when she had an issue, and being able to take control, she is 85, not tech savy but likes to play games and use the Kendle App. I have tried the universial driver. NOTE it does work fine on my Pixel 2. Just not either Samsung Tablet. I hope there is some fix so I can keep supporting her and solving her issues

Incase anyone else runs into this I figured out a series of steps that seems to have solved this issue, I cleared Cache and Data, re-installed everything, including the Universal driver. opened up QuickStart and this time I was able to select Start Sharing. I had done all these steps prior accept for clearing the cache and Data
