No remote control tab for my Android device with TeamViewer Host

On this photo, why don't I see the remote control tab when trying to connect to my Android device with TeamViewer Host?  I have TeamViewer host installed on a few different devices and this is the only one with the problem.  What's the deal?

You should check if you have installed Add-on.
Also you should check if your device is supported.
