this is my first post so apologise if already discussed.
I would like to connect with my Iphone my Home PC via WOL but i cannot understand how to configure it. I have tried to follow the instrucyions on the following page:

but it won't work. I am using on my Home PC Windows 10@64Bit.
I have activated the Wake-on-LAN in the BIOS;
I have Configured the network card;
I have Deactivated the fast startup;
I have Assigned the Home computer to my TeamViewer account;
From here i do not understand if i need to make other settings on the Home computer or on the Iphone device.
Anyone please be so kind to tell me step by step the continue procedure without linking me to any web page?
Any help will be really appreciated.
