Access denied to open teamviewer

Hi, teamviewer is not working anymore, when I click upon the direct access, a prompt appears saying : Windows has not acces to the device, access path or file specified. Maybe you haven't the appropiate permissions to access to the element.

I tried executing team viewer like administrator and uninstalling and installing the software, but it doesn't work.
