Ever notice how the smallest actions can slow you down the most? When your day involves connecting to multiple devices, it’s often not the work itself that takes time; it’s the repetition of the same steps just to get there.
This month, we shine a light on a simple shortcut in TeamViewer Remote’s Devices tab that helps smooth out those moments. It’s especially handy when you’re working with a small set of devices and want to get connected quickly without breaking your flow.
A faster way to get to your devices
Certain tasks naturally involve a small cluster of devices: routine checks, quick validations, or short follow‑up sessions after a change. In those moments, the goal usually isn’t deep multitasking, but fast, focused access without unnecessary interruptions.
To support exactly that kind of work, TeamViewer Remote lets you treat a small group of devices as a single starting point. You don’t need to open each connection individually or change how you work once you’re connected; the setup happens upfront.
As with standard connections, Bulk Connect lets you open the five connections in tabs or separate windows.
How to bulk connect to up to five devices
The workflow is simple:
- Open TeamViewer Remote.
- Navigate to the Devices tab.
- Click the checkbox next to the desired devices (up to five total).
- Click Connect.
In an instant, 5 connection windows open simultaneously, each initiating a connection to a device. Once connected, it's business as usual!
Why you’ll love this
- Less setup, more momentum: You select devices once and get straight into your sessions.
- Ideal for small batches: Perfect for the everyday “just a few devices” scenario that doesn’t need automation.
- Fits naturally into existing workflows: It lives right in the Devices list, so there’s nothing new to learn, and nothing new to remember!
