Connection Error
Despite both devices having teamviewer 12.0.258869, still unable to connect due to version out of date error.
While trying to connect to partner, one device displays reason unknown at the bottom left in connection status and not connecting.
Please do not suggest updating to other version (V14 and so on) as solution unless the commercial licence bought is upgraded without charges.
Also, while trying to activate the license on new computer, there is a message 'the license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account'. What does that mean?
